Stone Speer pitched a no-hitter to lead Delgado to a 8-0, eight-run rule victory over Moraine Valley Community College on Thursday night at Kirsch-Rooney. Speer struck out thirteen and walked only four, retiring the last six batters he faced. Offensively, Daniel Brockhoeft (2-5) pounded two doubles picking up an RBI and Tyler Johns went 2 for 4 with an RBI. 

With the win, Delgado swept the three-game series against Moraine Valley, holding down the Cyclones to a three-game shutout, outscoring them 26-0 over the past three days. The Dolphins improve to a 19-4 overall record and will host St. Charles Community College (MO) in a 2:00 double header Friday afternoon at Kirsch-Rooney Stadium.
